STERLING TITLE
Sterling Title is an independent agency that is attorney-owned and operated by David Bull. We've been providing title solutions, answering questions and solving issues to real estate professionals in North Carolina since 2002. We underwrite for Chicago Title Company, First American, NATIC (North American Title Insurance) and WFG National Title Insurance Company (Williston Financial Group). We pride ourselves on 1) being attorney owned and operated - an attorney is available to answer your questions and 2) our fast turnaround for binders, revisions and prior searches.

DAVID S. BULL
PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL
Originally from Columbia, SC, David attended UNC-Chapel Hill (B.A. '90) and fell in love with the Triangle. He obtained his JD/MBA from Duke University in 1996. He previously practiced with Moore & Van Allen, Alston & Bird and Hutchison & Mason, spending time in New York and London. He founded Sterling Title in 2002. He is married to Lisa and has three children, with one in high school, one in middle school and one in elementary school. He coaches and plays soccer. He is active in his church's mission and outreach programs and proud to give back to UNC as a member of the UNC Board of Visitors.

McKenzie Copp
LICENSED UNDERWRITER
McKenzie joined Sterling Title at the very end of 2018 with years of experience in Real Estate. Before deciding she wanted to settle down and live in her native Johnston County, NC she attended Johnston Community College and Campbell University. McKenzie is passionate about her family and her church, and is a very active member of her church choir. As an avid outdoors woman, McKenzie spends most of her time with and riding her horses, kayaking, camping and spending time with and caring for her other numerous pets.
Lauren Holst
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lauren joined Sterling Title early 2019. She is a graduate of Radford University. She stayed home raising her three children for 15 years before heading back to school and completing the Paralegal Program at Meredith College. In her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dog, cooking and reading.
Tarina Diaz-Llaneza
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Tarina joined Sterling Title early 2018. She is a graduate of UNC Charlotte and played tennis for the women’s team. She comes with great professional experience from Deutsche Bank and Globaltex Inc. Her four kids keep her busy with hockey, lacrosse, soccer and tennis. When she finds free time, she enjoys training for triathlons, cooking and just about anything that keeps her and her family outdoors.
